Donation Refund Policy

Just Add Sprinkles Fund, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are generally considered non-refundable.
 

However, if a donation was made in error (for example, an incorrect amount or duplicate transaction), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the donation date and include the donor’s name, donation amount, and PayPal transaction ID.

Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

Just Add Sprinkles Fund, Inc. reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these criteria.
